Tinatin KilaberidzeProject: Signed Projects Hotel St. Regis. Biography: Tinatin Kilaberidze was born and raised in the Republic of Georgia where she studied Interior Design at the Academy of Art. She graduated with a Master's Degree with highest honors. In Georgia, Tinatin worked as a muralist, art teacher, and designer where she worked on commercial and residential projects. After she was married, she moved to the United States, and has lived there for twenty-two years. Currently, Tinatin is based in New York City where she runs her own Interior Design business. She has designed in the United States, as well as England, France, Canada, Italy, and Belgium. The Penthouse, in the St Regis Hotel, was designed for a client that moved to Atlanta for business. The apartment had to be designed to accommodate the family, and be appropriate for business entertaining. The project had to be done in three months, so "she went straight to Ralph Pucci International, plucked samples off the showroom floor and recovered them with C&C Milano fabrics." official website |
